Before dispatch
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch when the support team receives the request in time. Please wait for confirmation from our team rather than assuming that sending a message has cancelled the order.
After dispatch
If an order has already shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. Contact us for the next steps and refer to the Returns & Refund Policy for help with a delivered order.
Payment refunds
